Use this guide before ordering handmade cosplay boots, a made-to-measure costume or a custom leather accessory. If your question is not covered, contact us before checkout and include the product link, your size and your event date.

How do I choose the correct size?

Start with the size options shown on the product page and compare them with our measurement guide. For boots, your normal US shoe size is helpful, but foot length, calf circumference and required boot height give us a more reliable custom fit.

Can you make custom sizes?

Yes. Many boots, costumes, jackets, gloves, belts, gaiters and leg wraps can be made to your measurements. Please measure over the clothing, socks, padding or armor you plan to wear with the item.

What materials do you use?

Materials depend on the listing and may include real leather, suede, canvas, waxed cotton or carefully selected costume fabrics. Check the individual product description or contact us when a specific material is important to your build.

How long does production take?

Most boots are normally prepared in about 4–6 business days. Full suits, complex custom sets and large orders may require additional time. Production begins after payment and after we receive every required measurement.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes. Leather Closest ships worldwide from Sialkot, Pakistan. Available delivery services and charges are shown during checkout.

Is delivery duty paid?

We offer worldwide duty-paid delivery. The shipping choice is displayed at checkout so you can review the service before placing your order.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Tracking is provided after the parcel has been dispatched. Carrier scans can take a short time to appear after the label is created.

Can you deliver before Halloween or a convention?

Please contact us before ordering when you have a fixed event date. We will check the current production queue and available shipping service. A deadline is only confirmed when we have agreed to it in writing.

Can I request design changes?

Many items can be adjusted for color, height, calf size or fit. Send clear reference images and a written list of requested changes before purchase. We will confirm what can be made and whether the price or production time changes.

What is your return process?

Contact us within 30 days of receiving the order and wait for return instructions before sending anything. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition. Buyers cover return shipping for change-of-mind, color preference, sizing choice or accidental orders. Do you accept wholesale or group orders?

Yes, depending on the product and required date. Contact us with the quantity, size range, destination country and deadline for a production estimate.

Are these officially licensed products?

No. Our products are independently made, fan-inspired items and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any studio, publisher, franchise owner or rights holder.
