You will be providing with a tracking number that is the responsibility of the post office to scan and keep up with on the package’s route, Thanks!

Returns

Ultimately, Our goal is to provide you with the best product possible. Because we are a small business & make all products to order, Please choose your size carefully. However if you ever do have a problem with your order please do not hesitate to contact us. Below are simple returns process, you can shop online without worries:

Email us to start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.
We inspect all returned items. The product must be in new or unused condition.
Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake etc.
We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.

We’re very sorry to hear that there is a defect in your order. We have an extensive Quality Control Process but sometimes defects can slip by undetected. PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY and specify the defect of your order. INCLUDE PHOTOS!
